You may be eligible for a concession if you have a:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Department of Veteran Affairs Gold Card
Please note: a Commonwealth Seniors Health Card is not eligible for concession on your water bill.
How to apply
To apply for a concession or benefit, either:
- call us on 1300 363 200 and provide your concession card details, or
- submit a Water and Sewerage Concession form online.
