Bendigo, Kyneton, Malmsbury and Harcourt North
The following reservoirs are currently closed for all on-water recreational activities due to significant storm activity forecast for Sunday 9 August:
- Lauriston Reservoir
- Upper Coliban Reservoir
- Malmsbury Reservoir
- Barkers Creek Reservoir
The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting heavy rainfall across Victoria on Sunday, with between 20mm and 45mm of rain expected in the Bendigo and Kyneton areas.
To help protect public safety during these conditions, all on-water recreational activities, including the use of kayaks, canoes and other small portable craft, are not permitted at these reservoirs until further notice.
