Executive Manager Strategy
After early-career roles spanning the Victorian public sector and sport administration, Adam has developed a strong foundation in strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organisational management across multiple industries.
Before joining Coliban Water in 2024, Adam served as Chief Executive Officer of Tennis Victoria, one of Australia's largest state sporting organisations, where he led the organisation through a period of significant change, growth, and strategic repositioning.
Adam is responsible for setting and stewarding the organisation's corporate and long-term strategic direction. His remit spans water security, rural water efficiency, climate change, energy and carbon management, natural resource planning, and stakeholder engagement with government, regulators, traditional owners, and regional partners.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Public Health and is a Non-Executive Director of the VicSport Board, contributing to the strategic leadership of sport across Victoria.
