Lexi Randall-L’Estrange

Lexi Randall-L’Estrange was appointed to the board on 1 October 2023.

Lexi is an Executive Director of the Castlemaine Institute, a research institute driving regional place-based change in economics, ecology, community, and the built environment. She co-owns a central Victorian health research software business and, as a trained environmental engineer, has worked in economic development and climate adaptation across regional Australia and abroad. 
 
Since 2014, she has held Non-Executive Director roles in charities and the public sector and is a current member of the Loddon Campaspe Regional Partnership. She holds an Environmental Engineering degree (Hons), an MBA, and is a graduate of the AICD.
