Kyneton Solutions Project
We have announced Phase One works to improve the trade waste and domestic treatment processes at our Kyneton Water Reclamation Plant.
Digital Metering Program
Digital technology (data loggers) lets us record water consumption for billing and data analysis.
Kyneton Offsets Project
$2.1 million environmental improvement works along the Campaspe River and Post Office Creek.
Echuca West Tanks Project
We are investing $4.4 million in Echuca West to build two new storage tanks and network booster pumps, to ensure we can continue to supply adequate water pressure to households in this growing region.
Maiden Gully and Marong Water Growth Project
We are investing $7.5million in Maiden Gully and Marong to build new tanks and infrastructure, to ensure we can supply adequate water pressure to households in this growing region.
Bendigo Groundwater Project
In partnership with the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), we implemented a short term (transitional) solution, which was completed in August 2017.
Heathcote Water Treatment Plant Upgrade Works Project
The Heathcote Water Treatment Plant is receiving a $4.8 million upgrade to improve the water treatment process.
Cohuna Water Treatment Plant Project
Under Victoria’s Health (Fluoridation) Act 1973, the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has directed us to add fluoride to the drinking water supply at our Cohuna Water Treatment Plant.

Coliban Main Channel Renewal Project
Built in the late 1870s, we are upgrading the open channel to reduce water loss and environmental impact.
The contractor for the project is Ron Wilkins Constructions.
Heathcote Sewer Scheme
We're installing 10 kilometres of sewer mains around Bennett Street and Redleaf Close and in the Argyle area.
The project will expand the Heathcote sewer network so more of the local community receive safe and environmentally friendly sewerage services. It will service over 200 properties.
Trentham Groundwater Bore Project
This project will help us to find additional water sources so that we can plan for the future, meet the growing demand and manage any water quality risks.
Safe Water Distribution System Optimisation Program
Developed by the American Water Works Association (AWWA), the Safe Water Distribution System Optimisation program aims to improve public health protection by going above and beyond regulatory requirements.
Rural Reconfiguration Project
Our Rural Supply System includes around 400km of open channel. Parts of the system date back to 1877 and need upgrading to reduce water losses and environmental impact.
