Pay Your Bill

There are a variety of ways that you can pay your bill. These are all listed on the reverse of your water bill. If you have read all the payment options but you are still unsure about how to pay your bill please telephone 1300 363 200.


DD	Direct Debit If you would like us to deduct payments directly from your bank account, contact us on 1300 363 200.

	Payment by Mail Tear of the deposit slip on your bill and mail with your cheque to: Coliban Water, Box 2770, Bendigo Delivery Centre, Victoria 3554

	Payment by Telephone Biller code: 39156 Call 1300 BPOINT or 1300 276 468 Please have your credit card details ready.

	BPay Contact your participating bank, credit union or building society to pay your account from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

Billpay Code: 0367	Payment in Person Present your invoice intact at any Australian Post Office or at Coliban Water, 37-45 Bridge Street, Bendigo. In person at any Post Office, by phone on 131816 or go to www.postbillpay.com.au where you will need to enter the Billpay Code: 0367 and Reference Number which is your 13 digit account number plus a zero in front of it.

	Easyway Payment Plan Pre-pay your accounts using Easyway. Call 1300 363 200 to apply.
