Please advise us within 14 days if you change your mailing address, contact numbers, email address or name.

You can do this by:

• Filling out the Change of Customer Details online form
• Telephone our Customer Contact Centre between 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday 1300 363 200
• E-mail our Customer Contact Centre coliban@coliban.com.au
• Write to us – Coliban Water, Change of Details, PO Box 2770, Bendigo DC, Victoria 3554
• Or come to our offices in person – 37 to 45 Bridge Street, Bendigo between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

In all cases you will need to provide your current address, your account number and your new address.

We also need your date of birth and contact telephone number for identification purpose.
