Our Water Outlooks for urban water restriction levels and rural allocation forecasts are made in mid-February and mid-May, and our initial Rural Allocation announcement is made at the start of July.

All water corporations in Victoria are required to produce a Water Plan that sets out all its plans for every five-year regulatory period.
The Essential Services Commission (ESC) is then responsible for checking that our programs are justified, and our costs and charges are reasonable and realistic.
