> Daylight saving starts - Sunday 2 October 2011
Watering times will change with the start of Daylight Savings on Sunday 2 October for customers currently on Stage 3 water restrictions (Raywood and Sebastian).
New watering times will be 6am - 8am and 6pm - 8pm on permitted days. Click on the Stage 3 fact sheet to find out more.

> Pools and spas
Under the requirements of water restrictions a customer wanting to fill a new or existing pool or spa with a capacity of 2000 litres or more is required to submit a Water Conservation Plan to Coliban Water for approval. For more information> click here
> Water Carter Permit
A water carter permit is required to take water from a public standpipe if the standpipe is in an area under Water Restrictions ByLaw No 10. Commercial water carters and private individuals must have a permit. To find out more about standpipes in our region and water carter permits > click here
> New Turf Establishment
Under Permanent Water Saving Rules which came into effect on 15 January 2011 in most of our region, you may be eligible to apply for a watering exemption for the establishment of new turf. To complete a New Turf Establishment Exemption application form
