Permanent Water Saving Rules (PWSR) are a set of five common sense water rules that are in place at all times when water restrictions are not in force.

The Victorian Government’s Living Victoria Water Rebate Program rewards your efforts to be water efficient around the home, garden and small business by providing rebates on a range of water efficient products and appliances.

Water restrictions for urban water users can vary from Stage 1 (mild) to Stage 4 (severe). Water restrictions do not apply to greywater, tank water, bore water, recycled water or alternative water sources.
