The Regional Environment Improvement Plan (EIP) for the Epsom to Spring Gully Recycled Water Project (ESGRWP) aims to identify and explain the management of the environmental and health risks associated with the operation of the first stage of the recycled water project. It also seeks to inform the recycled water customers, the users of public open space areas and wider Bendigo community.
