The role of our Water Services Committees is to assist in ensuring our community is engaged in future planning and decision-making.
These committees are generally formed to assist with major projects. The Charter for each committee assists in understanding their core purpose. You can download the Charter for each commitee below.

> About our Community Working Groups
The role of our Community Working Groups is the same as our Water Service Committees - to assist in ensuring our community is engaged in future planning and decision-making.
Working groups are formed to focus on a specific area of interest.

> Rural Modernisation Working Group
We would like to create working groups to help us develop and consider options for modernisation of our rural system.
The group/s will discuss:
> Implementation of rural reconfiguration program
> Community preferences in relation to pipeline alignment options
> Rural customer perspectives on community needs and project impacts
|
> The arrangements for new and future connections
> Requirements on prospective new customers for connection, including contributions towards capital costs.

> Eppalock Pipeline Rual Iicence Holders
This group was formed early June to discuss:
> the potential for a change to supply by agreement arrangements for some customers on the Eppalock Pipeline rural supply system;
> transitional arrangements for participating customers, including transfer of licence entitlements; and |
> the rules that would operate in the event that such a change is made.
