Rural license holders can place orders for the 2011/2012 rural season which runs from 31 October 2011 until Wednesday 16 May 2012.
If the channel supplying your property is operating under a roster system this season, please refer to the additional information below.

Water will be available for supply during the periods of channel operation which are identified within the shaded bar on the rosters.
Orders for water supply should be placed with Coliban Water on 1300 761 738 prior to the period of operation.
Orders will be received during the periods of operation (shaded area) but supply cannot be guaranteed.
> To order water
• Please phone 1300 761 738 between 7.00 am and 12.00 noon, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
• To place an order, you must quote your Licence number.
• Orders will only be accepted from a registered licence holder or an authorised person.
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required when ordering water. However, supply may be made earlier or later depending on demand. On some minor channels, customers may have to wait for longer periods.
> To cancel an order
To minimise system wastage, please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation of supply. In the event of heavy rains, shorter cancellation periods will be accepted. However, you may be asked to take supply until water can be shut down within the system.
