Our Customer Contact Centre

Coliban Water's Customer Contact Centre offers customers a single point of contact to direct enquiries. Our aim is for at least 95% of your enquiries to be answered by our Customer Contact Centre team.

Between the hours of 7.30am and 5.30pm you will be able to speak with one of our Customer Contact Centre staff. Outside these hours you will be able to make a payment by telephone, report and emergency or fault.

To make an account payment, enquire about a service or report a fault, you can either phone us on 1300 363 200, or call in to our office at 37-45 Bridge Street, Bendigo, between 8.00 am and 5.30 pm - Monday to Friday.

Of course, if you have an emergency or wish to report a fault, your call to 1300 363 200 will be answered 24 hours a day.
