Urban Charter

The Urban Charter gives you ready access to the latest information on your consumer rights, obligations and service expectations for water & wastewater, and deals with issues such as interruptions to water or wastewater services, our charges and billing methods and disconnection & maintenance issues.


It also deals with entry to a customer's property, service standards and how you should proceed with any enquiries, complaints or dispute resolution.
