These newsletters are sent direct mail to all customers in our region at least once a year. In December last year we produced two versions of the newsletter to provide information more relevant to the specific areas of the region.

We have introduced township newsletters to provide customers in our smaller towns with more relevant information to their supply.
In most cases these newsletters will be sent with rates notices.
