In 2006 we introduced Water Source Community Updates - using local newspapers to keep the community informed about major water security projects.

Once two major water security projects were delivered - the Goldfields Superpipe Project and first water through the Bendigo Recycled Water Project were complete we stopped the updates.

Our customers told us in our 2008 Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey that one of the commonly used sources of information were these updates - so we've reintroduced them to our community communications program.
